الملخص
الملخص: مبدأ تقرير المصير للشعوب يعبر عنه بحق أي شعب في أن يختار شكل الحكم الذي يرغب العيش في ظلهِ والسيادة التي يريد الانتماء إليها وهو بهذا المفهوم الذي استقر عليه الفقه والقانون الدولي جاء نتيجة إصرار الشعوب والأمم في مقاومة كل من ينتهك ذلك الحق أو يستعمر ويستغل مقدرات تلك الشعوب ، فقد حظي باهتمام بالغ من طرف المجتمع الدولي أين اصدر أحكام وقرارات ملزمة لجميع الأطراف الدولية وأطلق إعلانات وصكوك عالمية يعبر فيها عن الرغبة الصادقة لإنهاء كل شكل من أشكال الاستعمار ، كما اوجد آليات قانونية ودبلوماسية وشرعنة لاستعمال القوة في حال عدم الامتثال للقرارات الدولية كما أعطى مركزا قانونيا لحركات المقاومة التي تسعى إلى نيل حق تقرير مصيرها. Abstract: The principale of self-determination of peoples isexpressedIt is the right of any people to choose the form of governmenttheywish to live in and the sovereigntytheywant to belong to, whichis the concept thatsettled jurisprudence and international lawWas the result of the determination of peoples and nations to resist all thosewhoviolatethat right or colonize and exploit the capabilities of these peoples, It has receivedgreat attention from the international communitywhereit has issued binding decisions and decisions to all international parties and launched international declarations and instruments Expressing the sinceredesire to end all forms of colonialism, It has alsocreatedlegal, diplomatic and legislativemechanisms to use force in the event of non-compliance with international resolutions, and has givenlegalstatus to resistancemovementsseeking self-determination.
