مساهمة تكنولوجيا الإتصال في زيادة فاعلية أداء الموارد البشرية

الملخص
الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية من خلال توضيح العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث، وقد اعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة حجمها 25 عامل بالمؤسسة موضوع الدراسة وبعد تحليل نتائجها واختبار فرضياتها بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية IBM SPSS الاصدار 21، توصلت الدراسة إلو وجود علاقة وطيدة بين استعمال تكنولوجيا الاتصالات ونشر المعرفة و توسيع دائرة الخبرات و تبادلها بين العمال في المؤسسة. Abstract: This study highlights the role of communication technology in improving the performance of human resources by clarifying the relationship between these variables, in order to collect the data the questionnaire was used. These questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 25 workers in the institution subject of study. After testing the hypotheses and analyzing the results based on the IBM SPSS version 21, the study concluded that there exists a strong relationship between the use of communication technology and spreading knowledge and expanding the range of experiences and exchanging them among the workers in the institution.
