الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور برامج الدعم الحكومية في إبداع تصاميم و/أو ممارسات بسلاسل التوريد للمؤسسات الصناعية؛ من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة "حضنة حليب" ومدى تأثرها ببرنامج تطوير إنتاج الحليب الذي تبنته الحكومة الجزائرية سنة 2008؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المقابلة مع بعض المسؤولين بالمؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى بحث مختلف الوثائق والسجلات التي استلزمتها الدراسة؛ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، كان أهمها رغبة مؤسسة"حضنة حليب" في الاستفادة من مختلف الصيغ التي تضمنها البرنامج الحكومي والتي فرضت عليها إحداث تغييرات تراوحت بين الجذرية والتحسينية على ممارسات نشاط التموين، وكذا طرح منتجات جديدة على السوق الجزائرية. This study aims to highlight the role of government support programs in innovating designs and /or practices in the industrial enterprises supply chains; Through a case study for entreprise " "Hodna Milk" And affected by the milk production development program that has been adopted by the Algerian government in 2008 , And to achieve this goal, a deep interview has been adopted and a collection of questions were asked to some officials in the enterprise, in addition to the study of the various required documents and records. The study reached several results, inwhich the most important was that the desire of "Hodna Milk" entreprise to benefit from the various formulas included in the government program which were imposed on to make radical and ameliorative changes in provisioning activity practices; as well as the introduction of new products to the Algerian market .
