الملخص
تؤدي المصطلحات في السياسة الوطنية والدولية دورا مهمّا جدّا في التأثير على الجمهور لاتخاذ قرارات سياسية معيّنة، حيث توظّف الحكومات خطابات تحمل مصطلحات كثيرة مشحونة بمفاهيم خاصّة ذات رسائل قد تكون مباشرة وقد تكون في أحيانٍ كثير مشفّرة لا يفهما إلاّ السياسيون والنخبة المثقّفة من المجتمع فللمصطلحات تأثير سحري كبير في نفوس النّاس، حيث يمكن من خلالها ربح المعارك السياسية والعسكرية والأمنية والدينية... والاجتماعية، ويبرز ذلك بشكل جلي من خلال توظيف الإدارة الأمريكية لبعض المصطلحات في حربي الخليج الثانية1991 والثالثة2003 وبعد أحداث الحادي عشر سبتمبر2001، وهذا ما يصعّب على العالم اللساني مجاراتها أو تأويلها بسبب طغيان التلاعب اللغوي والسياسي بها بغض النّظر عن احترام القواعد اللغوية. ABSTRACT : Terminologies are very important since they play a very crucial role to influence determine and affect the opinions and the ideas. They might also feign and circumvent taking decision on a particular political orientation infact, governements use meaningful speaches full of well studied terminologies some of these later are direct and other are implicit that only shrewd poligiciens and the elite are able to understand. Thus the magical impact of the terminologies on people is so great that somany political, military, doctrinal and religious battles gave been won, for instance, the American administration used such terminologies during the Gulf wars 1991 and 2003 and also during the eleventh of september 2001 events inorder to achieve purposes. As a result, terminologies are so complexto control or interpret because of the wrong political and linguistic uses without taking any considération to the language rules.
