الملخص
The study shows and deals with changes in Turkey’s policies towards minorities ، in the last few years and especially after the arrival of the justic and development party to power in Turkey in November 2002، and the policies and strategies wich followed by justic and development goverment ،to address and eliminate the identity crisis ، and the impact of these policies ، and finally the future of minorities in Turkey، This study poses a principal question :does the justic and development goverment succed in the realization of the Turkish model of the coexistence civilizations .
