نموذج مقترح يوضح العوامل المؤثرة في الكفاءة الانتاجية في المؤسسات الصناعية -دراسة ميدانية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة معرفة أهم العوامل المؤثرة على الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المؤسسات الصناعية، ولهذا الغرض تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للنسيج وحدة TEXALG بريكة.ولتحقيق هذا الهدف؛ تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على الاداريين والتقنين العاملين بالمؤسسة، حيث تم توزيع 200 استبانة أسترد منها 135 استبانة أي بنسبة استرجاع تقدر بــ 67.5%. كما تم استخدام اساليب احصائية مناسبة لتحليل نتائج العينة، منها كرونباخ ألفا للتأكد من الثبات، والتكرارات والنسب المئوية لوصف متغيرات الدراسة، والوسط الحسابي لتحديد مستوى الاجابة على متغيرات الدراسة،ومن اجل التعرف على أثر هذه العوامل على الكفاءة الإنتاجية تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار المتعدد بطريقة Stepwise. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في (العوامل الادارية والتنظيمية، العوامل البشرية، العوامل التقنية) مجتمعة ومرتبة حسب أهميتها والكفاءة الإنتاجية بالمؤسسة الصناعية، حيث كانت القدرة التفسيرية للنموذج 94.1% وهي نسبة كبيرة جدا. وبناءا على نتائج الدراسة تم التقدم بالعديد من التوصيات التي كان أهمها ضرورة استخدام أساليب الادارة الحديثة وخلق جو من العلاقات الإنسانية دون التقليل من أهمية النواحي الفنية والتكنولوجية من أجل تحقيق زيادات هامة في الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المؤسسات الصناعية. Abstract: The aim of this study is to try to identify the most important factors affecting production efficiency in industrial establishments. For this purpose, a field study was carried out at the Algerian Textile Establishment - TEXALG Berica - To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to the administrators and technicians working in the institution. 200 responses, of which 135 were retrieved with a recovery rate of 67.5%. Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze sample results. Including Cronbach Alpha to ensure consistency, repetitions and percentages to describe the variables of the study, and the arithmetic mean to determine the level of response to the variables of the study, In order to identify the effect of these factors on productivity efficiency, multiple regression analysis was used in Stepwise. The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between the independent variables (administrative and organizational factors, human factors, technical factors) combined and ranked according to their importance and productive efficiency in the industrial institution. The explanatory power of the model was 98%, which is very large. Based on the results of the study, many recommendations were made, the most important being the need to use modern management methods and create an ambiance of human relations without underestimating the technical and technological aspects in order to achieve significant increases in production efficiency in industrial establishments.
