تنمية الموارد البشرية رؤية استراتيجية لبناء رأس المال الفكري وتوطين المعرفة بالجزائر

الملخص
لكل عصر ثروته ، والمعرفة هي ثروة عصر المعرفة وتعد دعامة رئيسية من دعائم تقدم الأمم، وأحد أهم مرتكزات التنمية . والمورد البشري هو صانع المعرفة وجوهر التنمية من خلال قدراته، مهاراته، خبراته وكفاءاته التي تشكل رأس المال البشري أهم الأصول البشرية التي يتكون منها رأس المال الفكري ، ومن هنا زاد الإهتمام بتنمية الموارد البشرية كاستراتيجية تساهم في تعزيز ثقافة الإبداع والإبتكار وتوطين المعرفة بالجزائر ، وبناء رأس المال الفكري الذي أصبح يشكل مطلبا أساسيا لبقاء وديمومة المؤسسات في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة . Abstract : Each era has its fortune and the wealth of knowledge is the era of knowledge and tad major pillar of the progress of nations , one the most important pillars of progress and development of human resources. It is knowledge maker and the essence of development through its capabilities and skills, experience and competencies which constitute the human capital, which the most important human assets that make up the intellectual capital. Hence the interest in the development of the human resources has increased as a strategy to contribute in promoting the culture of creativity and innovation and knowledge consolidation in algeria and achieving intellectual capital which has become a key requirement for the survival and the sustainability of the company in the light of the knowledge economy .
