آفاق ترقية السياحة الصحراوية في الجزائر كرافد للتنمية السياحية المحلية في ولايات الجنوب

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى قدرة السياحة الصحراوية وما تتوفر عليه من مقومات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في ولايات الجنوب، باعتبارها من الأنشطة التي يمكن أن تساهم بشكل فاعل في تدعيم اقتصاديات الدول التي تملك المقومات الطبيعية والتاريخية لاستغلال هذا النوع من النشاطات، حيث يمكنها أن تؤدي إلى تحسين المؤشرات الاقتصادية من زيادة في الدخل القومي والتشغيل على المستوى الوطني، أما على المستوى المحلي فيمكن أن تكون مصدرا لتمويل الجماعات المحلية بمستوييها الولائي والبلدي، ما يسمح بتحقيق تنمية سياحية محلية، ويتوقف طبعا نجاح هذا الدور على ما توفره الأجهزة الرسمية للسياحة على المستوى الوطني والمحلي من متطلبات العرض السياحي بما يتماشى وخصوصية المناطق الصحراوية. وفيما يتعلق بحالة الجزائر فقد توصلنا إلى أنه بالرغم من تبينها للمخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق 2030، وهذا في محاولة لاستغلال عوامل الجذب السياحي في الصحراء، إلا أن الانطلاقة لم تسجل بعد استفاقة حقيقية بالنظر إلى ما تقدمه التقارير الدولية حول وضع السياحة في الجزائر من تأخر كبير حول مؤشرات التنمية السياحية. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the capacity of desert tourism and its components to achieve local development in the Southern States as activities that can effectively contribute to supporting the economies of countries with natural and historical assets to exploit this type of tourism. activity.
