وظائف استثمار المدخول غير الفلاحي بحيازات ضواحي المدن الكبرى: حالة ضاحية الدار البيضاء، المغرب

الملخص
ملخص: يتوخى مزاولو النشاط غير الفلاحي تغطية ثغرات مدخول النشاط الفلاحي، وتوظيف العائد غير الفلاحي في إنعاش وتفعيل الأنشطة الفلاحية. لذلك يعتبر الدخل الخارجي قاعدة تفسر استمرار النشاط غير الفلاحي، وتعدد أشكاله، وتوسيع دائرة متعاطيه بكل جماعات الضاحية. وبالتالي فإن انتعاشها يعني تحقيق الفلاح لعائد غير فلاحي، سيعين تشخيص أوجهه على تحديد ودراسة تأثيرات استثماراته في الحيازة الفلاحية. وقد بين استثمار المدخول هيمنة النشاط غير الفلاحي على استثمار عائدات النشاط غير الفلاحي، مما يفترض ممارسة الاستثمارات لتأثيرات دقيقة، يتطلب رصد جوانبها. ويستخلص مما سبق تأكيد فرضية علاقة الارتباط بين المدخول غير الفلاحي والاستثمار الفلاحي بضاحية الدار البيضاء. ويمكن تعميم ما تم التوصل إليه على ضواحي غيرها من المدن الكبرى خصوصا بدول العالم الثالث. Abstract: With para-agricultural activities, practitioners aim at covering the insufficiency of agricultural revenues and meeting the needs of investing in agriculture. That is why external income justifies the continuity of para-agricultural activities, their diversity and the increase in the number of their practitioners. So, external income development helps in studying and understanding its impact on agricultural investment and ownership. Income investment reveals the predominance of para-agricultural activities. Understanding income investment and its impact requires analyzing its facets. We conclude that there is a relationship between para-agricultural income and agricultural investment in the suburbs of Casablanca. Findings are generalizable to suburbs of other cities, especially in the Global South.
