ماهية الصحة الإنجابية والعوامل المحددة لها

الملخص
الصحة حق من الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان، والرعاية الصحية وسيلة في حماية هذا الحق، ولذا يجب توفيرها للفرد بدون أية معوقات اجتماعية، واقتصادية، أو تمييز ثقافي أو اجتماعي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف ماهية الصحة الإنجابية والمبادئ التي ترتكز عليها والكشف عن العوامل المحددة لها. بينت هذه الدراسة بأن الصحة الإنجابية بمعناها الشامل هي جزء من الصحة العامة كحالة من السلامة الجسدية والعقلية والاجتماعية وليست فقط انتفاء للمرض، فهي تخص الفرد وبشكل خاص الفتاة طوال مراحل حياتها، إلا أن مرحلة الإنجاب هي من أهم المراحل التي تتعرض لمخاطر الصحة الإنجابية. وتتأثر الصحة الإنجابية بعدة عوامل مرتبطة بالمجتمع أو الفرد أو البيئة. الكلمات الدالة: الصحة، الصحة الإنجابية، الإنجاب، الرعاية، عوامل. Abstract Health is a basic human right, and health care is a means of protecting this right and must therefore be provided to the individual without any social, economic, cultural or social discrimination. The aim of this study is to identify what the reproductive health is and the principles underlying it and to discover its specific factors. This study shows that reproductive health in its comprehensive sense is part of public health as a state of physical, mental and social safety. It is not only the absence of disease. It concerns the individual and especially the girl throughout her life. However, the reproductive stage is one of the most important stages of reproductive health risks. Reproductive health is affected by several factors related to society, the individual or the environment.
