الملخص
الملخص: إذا كان ظهور الدولة اللبرالية الحديثة وولادة المجتمع المدني أفضيا لإنتاج مقولتي الفضاء العمومي والرأي العام وتبلورهما كمفاهيم حسب هابرماس بقوله" إن مقولتي الدائرة العمومية والرأي العمومي لم تجدا تطبيقهما الفعلي في مجال ممارسة الحق إلا مع ظهور الدولة الحديثة والمجال الذي يعارضها، والمتمثل في المجتمع المدني" ؛ فهذا يضعنا في مواجهة فلسفية لقضايا مهمة تتخطى الأنساق الكبرى والأفكار السماوية الميتافيزيقية لتنزل إلى حيز العالم المعيش تحلل وتعمل على إعادة صياغة وتركيب كل ما يتعلق بقضايا الإنسان في حرية ومساواة ومؤاخاة ومن أهم المفاهيم التي تفرض علينا اقتحام الجانب العملي الواقعي للفلسفة مفهومي الرأي العام والمجال العام، فما مدى ارتباط هاتين المقولتين التاريخيتين؟ Abstract: The emergence of the modern liberal state and the birth of civil society have led to the production of public space and public opinion as a concept, according to Habermas :"The public domain and public opinion did not find their actual application in the exercise of the right except with the emergence of the modern state and the area it opposes" ; This puts us in a philosophical confrontation of important issues that transcend the great patterns and the metaphysical heavenly ideas to descend into the living world, To and analyze and work on reformulating and consolidating all aspects of human rights in freedom, equality, brotherhood. The Concepts that compel us to break into the practical side of the real philosophy is the concepts of public opinion and the public sphere, what is the relevance of these two concepts?
