أثر التأمين الصحي على الاستقرار النفسي لحكام كرة القدم بالدوري اليمني

الملخص
ملخص: ان المنافسات الكروية اصبحت اليوم محط انظار العالم، ولم يعد الجمهور يركز فقط على اللاعبين، بل اصبح يسلط الضوء على الحكام الذين سيقودون المباريات، وهذا الامر اعطى الحكام شهرة كبيرة من جهة ، ومن جهة اخرى القى عليهم اعباء وضغوط كبيرة، لا يمكن لهم تجاوزها الا بقدر عال من الاستقرار النفسي، مثلهم في ذلك مثل اللاعبين والمدربين، بل على العكس الضغوط عليهم أكبر، كون أي خطأ ولو كان غير مقصود منهم، يمكن ان يغير نتيجة المباراة، وبالتالي ينصرف الاعلام عن اللاعبين والمدرب ليصبوا جام غضبهم على الحكام. ولكون التأمين الصحي الذي يقدم للحكام هو احدى صور الرعاية والاهتمام بهم ، فالحكم يصاب كما يصاب اللاعبون، ولكن للأسف الشديد، عندما يصاب اللاعب تتجه كل الانظار نحوه، مما يفرض على الاندية الرياضية سرعة معالجته ومداواته، بعكس الحكم الذي ان اصيب لا يلتفت اليه حد، وقد تسوء حالته من جراء تلك الإصابة، بل قد تكون سببا في تركه للتحكيم, لهذا ركز الباحثان في هذه الدراسة على قياس واقع الإستقرار النفسي لحكام كرة القدم في الدوري اليمني من خلال التامين الصحي، نظرا لأهميته للحكام، ومن هنا تأتي اهمية هذه الدراسة كونها تسلط الضوء لبحث هذا موضوع الهام للحكام، فكلما كان الحكم في حالة صحية جيدة كانت نفسيته جيدة، وكان عطاؤه جيدا داخل الملعب، والعكس صحيح. The impact of health insurance on the psychological stability of football referees in the Yemeni league Abstract: The football competition has now become the focus of the world, and the audience is no longer focused solely on the players, but it is also highlighting the referees who will lead the matches. This has given the rulers great fame on the one hand, and on the other hand they have put great burdens and pressures on them. With a high level of psychological stability, like the players and coaches, but on the contrary the pressure on them is greater, that any mistake, even unintended of them, can change the outcome of the game, and thus the media to leave the players and the coach to pour their anger on the rulers. And the fact that the health insurance provided to the rulers is one of the forms of care and attention to them, the referee suffers as the players get, but unfortunately, when the player is all eyes on him, which imposes on the sports clubs the speed of treatment and mediations, unlike the rule that he did not pay attention to the limit, His condition may worsen as a result of that injury, and may even lead to his leaving for arbitration, This is why this study is important because it highlights the importance of this study as a matter of importance to the referees. As long as the judgment is in good health, Well, he was well supplied inside the pitch, and vice versa.
