تحليل بيئة الجمعيات في الأردن والتخطيط الاستراتجي لها

الملخص
الملخص استهدفت الدراسة تحليل بيئة الجمعيات في الأردن والتخطيط الاستراتيجي لها، ولبلوغها هذا الهدف، فقد استعمال فيها المدخل الإداري ممثلا بطرقتي التحليل الرباعي(Pestl) وتحليل النظام في ضوء مدخلاته وعملياته ومخرجاته، والمنهج الكمي والنوعي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة على مستوى تحليل مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات نظام الجمعيات الأردني أن الجمعيات في الأردن تحيط بها ظروفها السلبية ونسبتها (60.20%) أكثر من ظروفها الإيجابية البالغ نسبتها (39.80%)، بينما نتائجها على مستوى التحليل الرباعي فقد أظهرت أن بيئة الجمعيات في الأردن ذات طبيعة سلبية(58.46%) وليست إيجابية(41.54%)، أما نتائجها على مستوى التخطيط الاستراتجي للجمعيات في الأردن فقد بينت قابلية وضع الجمعيات للتدخل به من خلال إطار تخطيطي يشتمل على رؤية ورسالة وأهداف ومؤشرات أدائها وأنشطتها التنفيذية، يمكن تبنيه من قبل مجلس إدارة سجل الجمعيات خلال سنوات الفترة 2018-2030 . This study aimed at analyzing the environment of Societies in Jordan and their strategic planning. To achieve this objective, the administrative approach was used represented in the four-analysis method (Pestl) and the analysis of the system in the light of its inputs, processes and outputs, and also the quantitative and qualitative approaches. On the level of the analysis of inputs, processes and outputs of the Jordanian Societies system, the findings of the study showed that the Societies in Jordan are surrounded by their negative circumstances with a percentage of (60.20%) compared to their positive circumstances (39.80%). As for the level of the four-analysis method (Pestl), the findings showed that the Societies environment in Jordan is that of negative nature (58.46%) and not positive (41.54%), while on the level of strategic planning of Societies in Jordan the findings showed the opportunity of intervention in Societies through a planning framework that includes vision, mission, objectives, performance indicators and operational activities. Such framework can be adopted by the Societies Register board during the period 2018-2030.
