الملخص
This paper studies one for open access movement, which is the open accessibility of books. This later considered as the most important and controversial issue for researchers. The open accessibility of books appears recently since it has a relation which the digital technologies, and a legal issues that limit its application on real life as well. From that, this paper presents some details about the open accessibility of books, through defining it; explaining the reasons behind its emergence along with an emphases on both supporters and opponents of this movement; and the ways that balances between accessing books and its legal protection.
