حوكمة الشركات ومتطلبات كفاءة الأسواق المالية العربية

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى ابراز الحاجة لتطبيق حوكمة الشركات في الاقتصاديات العربية، وذلك نظرا لأهميتها في دعم تنميتها كاقتصاديات تمر بمرحلة انتقاليه. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في عرض الخلفية النظرية للموضوع، والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة وتحليل أداء الأسواق المالية العربية، ولقد تم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن تطبيق مفهوم الحوكمة في البيئة الاقتصادية العربية أصبح مطلبا ضروريا للنهوض بأسواقها المالية، والتطبيق الجيد لآلياتها يسهم في تحسين أداء أسواقها المالية ورفع مستوى كفاءتها. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence la nécessité de l'application de la gouvernance d'entreprise dans les économies arabes, en raison de son importance pour appuyer leur développement en tant que des économies passant par une phase de transition. L'étude opte pour la méthode descriptive pour étayer la partie théorique et la méthode analytique dans l'étude et l'analyse de la performance des marchés financiers arabes. Certains résultats ont été atteints par la présente étude, tels que : l'application de la notion de gouvernance d'entreprise, dans l'environnement économique arabe, est devenue une nécessite pour le développement de ces marchés financiers, ainsi que la bonne pratique de ces mécanismes contribue à l'amélioration de la performance de ces marchés financiers et augmente leur efficience. This study aims to make in the application the corporate governance in the Arab economies, because it is so import to supporting their development as economies going through a transition phase. The study opts for the descriptive method to underpin the theoretical part and the analytical method in the study and analysis of the performance of the Arab financial markets. Some of the results have been achieved by the present study, such as: the application of the concept of corporate governance Arab economic environment has become a necessity for the development of financial markets and the good practice of these mechanisms to contribute and improve the performance of these financial markets and increase their efficiency.
