المنطلقات الانطولوجية لمفهوم التغير السياسي: تحليل ماكرو- سوسيولوجي

الملخص
تشمل عملية التغير السياسي عوامل ومتغيرات داخلية وخارجية تحدد ماهية سلوك الدولة، ولتحقيقها لا بد من إعادة ثقة المواطن في مؤسسات دولته بإشراك فعلي للفواعل الحكومية وغير الحكومية في ذلك، فثمة حاجة إلى منطلقات أنطولوجية جديدة لفهم القضايا كما هي موجودة في الواقع تقوم وفق مقاربة شاملة ماكرو سوسيولوجية. إن الوصول إلى المقاربة المقترحة يكون بتقديم نسق معرفي يفسر ويحلل العملية التغيرية السياسية، والتي يمكن أن تؤثر على عملية الإنتقال الديمقراطي . Le concept du changement politique est un processus lié a différents facteurs et variables qui déterminent les décisions de l’État, impliquant tous les acteurs gouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux. nous proposons une nouvelle approche macro-sociologique explicatif de ce changement. the concept of political changes has been coupled with those factors and variables that determine the State’s deeds and behaviour concerning the process when is activated and achieved, we have to restore confidence for the citizen through several aspects such as working for the integrity of the electoral process, involving all the governmental and non-governmental actors . The access, we suggested new political approach explains the changes, under a holistic systematic analysis referred to as the Macro-sociologic Approach.
