الملخص
تتناول الورقة العلمية نظم و مميزات العمل الخيري و التكافل الاجتماعي بمنطقة الهقار من منظور التاريخ الاجتماعي حيث تتبع التغيرات الاجتماعية عبر مرحلة تاريخية تمتد من النصف الثاني للقرن التاسع عشر و بداية القرن العشرين ، و تكمن أهمية ذلك في كون الأنظمة و العلاقات الاجتماعية لها تأثير كبير على نمط العمل و طبيعته و تختلف من مجتمع إلى آخر حسب العادات و المؤثرات الاجتماعية و المنظور الجماعي للكيف و الطريقة . تختلف المصطلحات المستخدمة من فترة زمنية إلى أخرى و هذا بفعل التطور الحاصل على مستوى المجتمعات و التجمعات الإنسانية إما تطورا أو تأقلما مع الأوضاع المختلفة المحيطة بحياة هذا الانسان أو الجماعة التي تعيش معه في محيطه سواء كانت تربطه بها علاقات إثنية أو دينية أو إقتصادية أو غيرها من الروابط التي تشكل محور العلاقات بين الجماعات و الأفراد ، و إما تأثرا بعوامل خارجية أو مجاورة فتظهر مصطلحات لم تكن مستعملة و لكن مدلولات الأفعال بالمسميات الجديده كانت موجودة و لكن بصور أخرى و ربما هناك أشياء جديدة طارئة أستوجبتها النظم الجديدة في المجتمع Abstract: This paper discusses the systems and features of charitable work and social solidarity in Ahaggar area from social and historical perspectives. It pursues social changes across a historical period which started from second half of the nineteenth century till the beginning of the twentieth century. The social systems and relationships assume much importance and influence to work type and its nature, it is different from society to another according to traditions, social factors and perspective on the prevalent manner. The undergoing change to human societies causes the popular terms to be different according to periods, it may reflect the development or adaptability to surrounding conditions, including ethnic groups which they are connected to them economically, religiously or ties that embodies the most important component in relationships between groups and individuals, either influenced by adjacent or external factors, so unusual terms emerge and develop, but the connotation of actions with new names have been existed in different names.
