الملخص
تلعب الجمعيات الخيرية دوراً حيوياً فهي تقدم مساهمة كبيرة للاقتصاد، ومع الدور المتنامي لها، لا تزال بيئتها المالية عرضة للتقلبات، حيث يمكن للأداء الاقتصادي الضعيف، والتغيرات في السياسات على المستوى الوطني ، والقدرة الشرائية للاقتصاد ككل، والضغوطً الهائلة لتغطية نفقات البرامج الخيرية ، أن يكون لها تأثيرات كبيرة على تمويل القطاع الخيري خلال السنوات القادمة، لذا لابد من الانتقال من التركيز على المدى القصير إلى التخطيط الطويل الأجل من خلال بناء مصادر دخل مستدامة لتكون قادرة على الاستمرار في تحقيق رسالتها الخيرية على المدى الطويل، ومن هنا تتضح أهمية الاستدامة المالية باعتبارها شرطا لاستمرارية المنظمة الخيرية ،وتعتبر صناديق الاستثمار الوقفية بالمنظمات الخيرية خيارًا مهما لخلق استدامة مالية طويلة الأجل ، فإنشاء هذا النوع من الصناديق يوفر مصدراً منتظماً للدخل التشغيلي و لدعم رأس المال العامل و يساعد على تنويع دخل الجمعية الخيرية ويقلل من اعتمادها على الطرق التقليدية في جمع الأموال ، فكيف يمكن لصندوق الاستثمار الوقفي المساهمة في تحقيق الاستدامة المالية للجمعية الخيرية؟ ومن خلال ذلك تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على ما يلي : - أهمية الاستدامة المالية للجمعيات الخيرية، و أدوات تحقيقها. - الصندوق الاستثماري الوقفي وأهميته للجمعيات الخيرية . Abstract: Charity associations ( charities ) play a vital role, they make a significant contribution to the economy, with the growing role of financial environment, remains vulnerable, where weak economic performance, and changes in policies at the national level, and the purchasing power of the economy as a whole, the enormous pressures to cover the expenses of charity programs, that have major impacts on the financing of the charitable sector in the coming years, so the transition from a focus on short-term to long-term planning by building sustainable sources of income to be able to continue to achieve its Charitable on the long run, hence the importance of financial sustainability as a precondition for the continuity of the charitable organization, is the Endowment Investment Funds charitable organizations with the option to create a long-term financial sustainability, the establishment of this type of funds provides a regular source of income to support the operational and working capital and help to diversify the income of the charity and reduces the dependence on traditional methods of raising money, how can an endowment investment fund to contribute to the financial sustainability of the charity? Through this research paper aims to stand as follows: - The importance of the financial sustainability of charities, and the tools to achieve. - An Endowment Investment Fund and its importance to charity.
