Strategic Management Of Technology Tramsfer

Abstract

A traditional model of technology transfer TT is first introduced. The shortcomings of such a model are discussed. A new model that borrows many key concepts from strategic mmanagement is then presented, its function and relationships are explained The success of a Model of Technology Transfer depends primarly on the evaluation process which will function as a feedbach for improving future TT modeling attempts.
