واقع التكوين الجامعي للأخصائي النفسي في ضوء إصلاح المنظومة الجامعية الجزائرية دراسة استطلاعية من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسانيين الممارسين

الملخص
أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على واقع التكوين الجامعي (النظري والميداني) في علم النفس من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسانيين بمدينة ورقلة. على عينة بلغ تعدادها (32) ممارسًا، وهذا في ضوء متغير نظام التعليم الجامعي (كلاسيكي/ ل م د). ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف ميدانيا تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على (05) أبعاد. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستعمليْن الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: - التكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية- معامل"ارتباط بيرسون" - اختبار "ت" "T.test" وبعد التحليل والمعالجة الكمية والكيفية لنتائج الدراسة تبين: - وجود ضعف في التكوين الجامعي بشقيه النظري والميداني، بحيث لم يرق إلى المستوى المقبول تربويا. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير نظام الدراسة بالجامعة (كلاسيكي/ل م د) - الترتيب لأهم السبل المتبعة من طرف عينة الدراسة لتجاوز مناحي القصور في التكوين الجامعي. وبعد مناقشة النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات يمكن أن تسهم في تحسين فاعلية التكوين الجامعي للأخصائي النفسي، والتي تصب كلها في منحى إصلاح المنظومة الجامعية. Abstract : The present study was undertaken with the aim of identifying the university education and training (at both theoretical and field levels) in psychology from the specialists psychologists’ point of view at Ouargla univ. The study was conducted on a sample of population of (32) practitionners, in the light of the university education system (Classic/LMD) variable. In order to achieve this objective in the field, a questionnaire was made consisted of (30) paragraphs distributed in (05) dimensions. The two researchers use descriptive and analytical approach, using the following statistical methods: The frequencies, the arithmetic mean and percentages. Pearson’s coefficient link" - "T.tests" After the analysis and treatment of the quantity and quality of the results of the study, we got the following: - An unaccaptable weak university training at both theoretical and field levels. - No statistical significant differences in the response of the study sample due to to the variable of the university system (Classic / LMD). - The classification is the most followed approache by the study sample to overcome shortcomings in the university training. After a discussing the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented that could contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the university training for the psychology specialists which all are directed at action-oriented reform of the university.
