الملخص
الملخص: تبحث الدراسة في مؤشرات قياس وعوامل تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي، على اعتبار أن هذا الأخير ضرورة حتمية لتقدم المجتمعات والدول، وكذلك مؤشر على فعالية أداء النخبة السياسية التزاماتها تجاه المواطنين، ما ينعكس على غياب الثورة وأعمال العنف السياسي، وكذا التداول السلمي على السلطة في إطار المشاركة السياسية الفعالة لدعم شرعية النظام السياسي وتفعيل عملية التنمية، فتتعزز بذلك الوحدة الوطنية نتيجة مأسسة العملية السياسية، هذه الأخيرة التي ستعمل بدورها على بناء الثقة السياسية بين النخبة السياسية والجماهير. Abstract: This paper attempts to examine measurement indicators and factors of political stability, because it is an absolute necessity for the progress of states and societies, and also an indicator of the effectiveness of the political elite, which is reflected on the absence of revolution and political violence, and too the peaceful transfer of power within the framework of effective political participation to support the legality of the political system and activate the development process, thereby it is strengthening national unity as a result of institutionalizing the political process which it will build political trust between the political elite and the masses.
