الملخص
الم�خص: تبحث هذه الورقة �� موضوع ع�� در ّ جة كب��ة من الأهمية، موضوع ّ الأثر الذي تحدثھ وسائل الإعلام �� عملية التغي�� الإجتما،�� خصوصا �� ظل الثورة التكنولوجية والإعلامية و�روز التلفز�ون العابر للأوطان، وطوفان المحتو�ات الذي � غمر المشاهد من �ل م�ان، ولقد تناولنا بالبحث موضوع ّ التغ� ّ � الإجتما�،� من خلال التطرق ّ إ�� مفهوم التغ�� انتقلنا إ�� ا�حديث عن عوامل التغ�� وأبرزها فيھ و� ش�ل خاص عامل الإتصال، ذلك لتوضيح العلاقة ب�ن الواقع الإجتما�� و��ن عملية التغي�،� الذي � عمل �� إتجاه�ن ّ الإتجاه الموجب إذا حقق نوعا من الإر ّ تقاء والتطور �� المجتمع، الإتجاه ّ السالب إذا �ان � عيدا عن ذلك، كما تطرقنا إ�� علاقة الزمن الإعلامي بالزمن الإجتما�� �� عملية التغي��. Abstract : This paper examines the subject in a significant degree of importance , the subject of media impact in the process of social change, especially in light of the technological revolution , media and the emergence of television cross- homelands , and the flood of content , which bathes the viewer from all over the place , and wedeal with the research topic of social change , we try to talk about the factors change , most notably in it and in particular communication functioner, so as to clarify the relationship between social reality and the process of change , which works in opposite direction positive side if it achieved a kind of upgrading development of the society, and negative side if it falls away from it , it also deal with the relationship of media time with social time in the process of social change.
