الملخص
The majority of the economic studies emphasized on the underdeveloped countries economy. To look for there economic reality, it proposed solutions according to fundamental conditions to develop there economy, without looking for the underdevelopment causes. All these economic solutions fail to solve the economic crisis. So, all these attempts fail to reach the objectives. And to reach development, we need two major conditions: First, we should look for the real causes of the underdevelopment. Second, we need a group of principles named in this paper, development conditions.
