استخدام الشباب الجزائري لمنصات الدردشة الالكتروني من خلال فايسبوك والاشباعات المتحققة -دراسة ميدانية على الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة تبسة

الملخص
يُعنى هذا البحث الميداني ذو الطابع الاستطلاعي بتفسير الأسباب الكامنة وراء إقبال الجيل الجزائري الصاعد على استخدام ميزة المراسلة المباشرة المتاحة في شبكة «فيسبوك»، كما يهدف إلى تحديد طبيعة الحاجات الوجدانية والعلائقية التي تشبعها هذه الممارسة، وإلى استكشاف ما يترتب على هذا النمط من التواصل الافتراضي من انعكاسات تمسّ الأفراد وتمتد إلى البنية المجتمعية عموماً. واستند الباحث في ذلك إلى المقاربة الوصفية المسحية، مستعيناً بالاستمارة وأسلوب المعاينة المباشرة لجمع المعطيات من مجموعة مختارة عمداً، ضمّت مئتي طالب وطالبة يدرسون بقسم العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة تبسة، وقد كشفت المعطيات المحصَّلة أن المستخدمين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين العشرين والثلاثين عاماً يمثلون الكتلة الأكبر من مرتادي المنصة، بنسبة بلغت ثمانية وستين في المائة. كما تبيّن أن الحوار الإلكتروني أسهم في إعادة تشكيل عادات المبحوثين وسلوكهم اليومي بصورة لافتة، بيد أن الاستغراق المفرط فيه ارتبط لدى فئة منهم بمظاهر سلبية، من أبرزها الميل إلى الانعزال، وشعور بالخيبة وفقدان الحماس، وفتور الاهتمام بما يجري حولهم من شؤون عامة. وعلى الجانب المقابل، أبانت النتائج أن عدداً غير قليل من أفراد العينة يسخّرون هذه الوسيلة لخدمة أهداف ثقافية ودراسية، كالاطلاع على المعارف الجديدة وإتقان لغات أجنبية، وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن هذه الأداة سلاح ذو حدين، تتوقف جدواها على طريقة التعامل معها ودرجة الوعي بحدود استعمالها، مما يستدعي نشر ثقافة الاستخدام الرشيد للوسائط الرقمية في الوسط الشبابي. This exploratory field study seeks to explain the underlying reasons that drive Algerian youth to use the instant messaging feature on Facebook. It also aims to identify the nature of the emotional and relational needs that this practice gratifies, and to examine the implications of this form of virtual communication for individuals and, more broadly, for the social fabric. Adopting a descriptive survey approach, the researcher relied on a questionnaire and direct observation to collect data from a purposive sample of 200 male and female students enrolled in the Department of Humanities at the University of Tébessa.The findings reveal that users aged between 20 and 30 constitute the largest share of the platform’s users, at 68 percent. The results further indicate that online chatting has markedly reshaped respondents’ habits and everyday behavior. However, excessive immersion in it was associated, among a segment of the sample, with negative manifestations, most notably a tendency toward social withdrawal, feelings of disappointment and diminished motivation, and waning interest in public affairs and the issues surrounding them. Conversely, the results show that a considerable number of participants use this medium for cultural and academic purposes, such as acquiring new knowledge and developing proficiency in foreign languages. The study concludes that this tool is a double-edged sword, the benefits of which depend on how it is used and on users’ awareness of the limits of its use. This underscores the need to promote a culture of responsible use of digital media among young people.
