The aim of this paper is to study electronic corporate reputation, with the great development of information technology, most of companies seek and take advantage of the best opportunities offered by internet and especially social media .so electronic corporate reputation has become one of the most important topics, however few studies have been conducted. After a short literature review we purpose a conceptual model including its antecedents and consequences.
