الملخص
The spread of knowledge in the scientific basis of scientific publications passes, to underline the essential place in the search. It is the goal of all scientific research. Assessing the researcher usually through its publications. From this, we believe that it is necessary to try to scientific circles, particularly in the area of human and social sciences standardization of methodology reviews and the publication of scientific articles to facilitate the use of readers without linguistic barriers. Through this paper, we will try to identify some of the characteristics and rules of scientific writing this article and to provide a general description of the scientific publications (in form and substance). In addition, after that we will try to recall the steps scientific methodology for writing an article. Finally, we will try to propose ways to encourage a researcher and scientific research in institutions of higher education.
