الملخص
The phenomenon o f unempoignement is one of the manifestations of this age, they suffers from it a various of advanced and undeveloped countries. Our study aimed to know the differences between the locus of control both internal and external of unemployment, which is a feature of individual personality and the learned helplessness, which is generated from the recurrence of failures in the life of the individual. Thus we have a comparative study between unemployment males and females. And for that we used a questionnaire of the personal characteristics for the both sex unemployment considerate the age, sex, educational level, duration of unemployment, the number of times of work, a desire to break out of the country. Used as a measure to locus of control LOC, and attributional scale questionnaire ASQ. findings indicate that there is no difference between the unemployment of both sexes with internal and external control in the learned helplessness. Whereas there is difference between the sexes in the learned helplessness
