الملخص

Dealing with the current study the problem of multiple patterns of teachers of physical education and sports in the modern era and the sources of their preparation in Algeria after the colonial era, in addition to the randomness of the adoption of the curriculum and have the ability to manage the quality of the configuration of the hand and not the ideal choice for students of institutes on the other hand, as well as high per professor of the students and the low care education for students by this professor, so it aims to identify how well each of the two systems Altkoinyin "classic and new" for students of institutes of physical education and sports, as well as determining the level of skills teaching for teachers of physical education and sports in the phase average, and depending on some variables Knuaip training and experience, gender, and the researcher has proposed a set of hypotheses included that: - There are significant differences in the attitude of supervisors of quality classic and new systems for the benefit of the new system. - There are significant differences in the level of educational achievement of responsibilities between teachers depending on the configuration variable for university graduates, and depending on the gender variable for male teachers, and variable depending on the experience for people with long experience. - There are significant differences in the level of competencies depending on the personal dimension to the variable configuration for university graduates, According to the gender variable in favor of male teachers. - There are significant differences in the level of competencies according to the relational dimension of variable composition, depending on the gender variable. The study adopted a descriptive approach, based on a sample consisting of two tranches, Vaharihp first included 24 inspectors of the composition in addition to 26, a professor of physical education phase of middle school, and to collect data was the use of tools The former was in the form questionnaire addressed to the inspectors, while the second tool included a note card to measure the efficiency of teaching a professor of physical education, and for the statistical methods have included the expense of validity and reliability using the Pearson correlation coefficient, percentage and test Ka 2 for processing the results of the questionnaire, and the use of each of the averages, standard deviations and coefficient "P" in addition to "T." Stodnt with Itaq the results of the card, and resulted in the final results that the quality of the classic was a medium degree, while the quality of the new system became apparent in low. While the resulting tool note that the good level of qualified teaching staff, was in favor of graduates of the new system at the expense of graduates of the classic and the old for the variable configuration, but for the experience variable did not exist significant differences in favor of teachers experienced more than 10 years, but for the sex variable results revealed no the existence of significant differences between teachers, male and female, and thus have not been achieved hypothesis first and third, sixth and eighth at 100%, check out the second hypothesis, fourth, fifth and seventh at 100%.
