الملخص

تعد عملية اتخاذ القرار من أهم الأدوار التي يقوم بها أفراد المنظمة، كما تعد أيضا الاتصالات التنظيمية جوهر وأساس العمليات والوظائف وعن طريقها ترتبط أجزاء وأقسام المؤسسة ببعضها البعض وتتحقق الأهداف المسطرة. فنظام الاتصال الفعال في المؤسسة يعد من اكثر الوسائل في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية، إذ يجب أن تتوفر لدى المسؤول القدرة عل استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة؛ ضمانا لوصول البيانات والمعلومات بوضوح وبالسرعة المطلوبة؛ لان نجاح عملية اتخاذ القرار تعتمد بالدرجة الأولى؛ على دقة المعلومات اللازمة وإمكانية الحصول عليها في الوقت المناسب ومن ثم تحقيق الأهداف . الاتصال التنظيمي عملية يتم من خلالها تبادل الرسائل بين الافراد التي تربطهم علاقات معينة من مختلف المستويات في المؤسسة وهذه الرسائل لابد ان تتكيف مع متغيرات المحيط حتى تؤدي الغرض المطلوب منها على اكمل وجه ،فالاتصال التنظيمي يكتسب أهمية بالغة، فأي مؤسسة مهما كان نوع نشاطها تحتاج دوما الى عملية اتصالية فعالة يتم من خلالها نقل المعلومات اللازمة وتوفيرها وتبادلها بين مختلف الافراد الفاعلين في المؤسسة ويتم ذلك على حسب نوعية الاتصال واهميته في علاقته بالتخطيط، وبعملية اتخاذ القرار والرقابة، هذا ما استدعى وجود نظام للاتصال يسهل نقل وتوصيل المعلومات بالسرعة والدقة المطلوبة بين الافراد ووجود وعي لدى كل الأطراف الفاعلة في المنظمة بأهمية الاتصال. يسهل نقل وتوصيل المعلومات بالسرعة والدقة المطلوبة بين الافراد ووجود وعي لدى كل الأطراف الفاعلة في المنظمة بأهمية الاتصال. Decision-making is one of the main roles played by the members of an organization. Organizational communication is the basic operation in linking the different entities and structures of any organization to be able to achieve its objectives. For these, a company should set-up a good communication system. Easy and quick access to clear and high quality information and data is a prerequisite condition for managers to take the right decision. The Organizational communication is a process through which messages are exchanged between individuals who have certain relationships from different levels in the organization. These messages must adapt to the variables of the ocean in order to achieve the desired purpose. The organizational communication is very important. To an effective communication process through which the necessary information is transferred, provided and exchanged among the different actors in the organization. This is done according to the type of communication and its importance in relation to planning, decision-making and control. This necessitates a communication system that facilitates the transfer and delivery of information With the speed and accuracy required among individuals and the awareness of all actors in the Organization of the importance of communication.
