التوجّهات الجديدة للحلف الأطلسي اتّجاه دول المغرب العربي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة للاطّلاع عن سبب تزايد أهمية دور حلف شمال الأطلسي، وسياسته تجاه دول المغرب العربي، الذي بدأت تهتمّ به بداية من عام 1991، حيث عمل الحلف على تكوين قوّة عسكرية مهمّتها التدخّل السّريع وتقديم المساعدات في حالات الكوارث، كما يعمل الحلف الأطلسي الآن على توسيع الحوار لدى دول جنوب المتوسط. وفي هذا المقال نحاول معرفة التوجّهات الجديدة لسياسة الحلف الأطلسي تجاه دول المغرب العربي، والمنظور الأمني الأوربي داخل الحلف الأطلسي، وكذا التهديدات القادمة من مناطق الجوار وطبيعة الحوار الأطلسي-المغاربي ومحاولة الإطلاع عن كيف يوازن الحلف الأطلسي في سياسته بين هذه المخاوف واعتماد آليات للتعاون الأمني والشراكة الإستراتيجية مع دول المنطقة. Abstract: The aim of the study is to highlight the increasing interest towards the role of the NATO and its policy towards the maghreb countries the NATO became a real military force whose role is to interfere at any emergency and provide help on case of natural disasters. In addition to that the coalition works to expand communicating within the countries of the south of the mediterranean region within the southern Mediterranean countries the present article tries to understand the new of the NATO’s policy towards the arab maghreb countries and the european security vision inside the NATO. besides to the coming threat from the neighbouring areas ; the nature of dialogue between the countries of the maghreb and NATO and and the attempt to discover the way the NATO manages to balance by it policy between the fears and the adoption of mechanisms for security cooperation and a strategic partnership with the countries of the region.
