الملخص

The work pressures phenomenon is one of the multi-dimensional organizational problems (psychological, social, economic, cultural). This study will focus on two levels to identify the primary sources of the work pressures; which are the individual source and the organizational source. The aim of this study is to transfer the subject from the cognitive construction of psychology to the field of sociology. In addition, it aims to identify the effects of work pressures and to suggest the most useful strategies to deal with this phenomenon from a socio-organizational perspective
