الجزائر في التصنيفات الاقتصادية الدولية

الملخص
إن العديد من الهيئات الدولية تخصصت في تصنيف البلدان وفق مؤشرات إحصائية اقتصادية معينة، وبناء عليه يتم إجراء مقارنات بين دول العالم، وهذه المؤشرات تُطور وتُنقح باستمرار نظرا للتطورات التي تشهدها الساحة الاقتصادية العالمية، وقد عالج هذا المقال إشكالية مفادها: موقع الجزائر في هذه التصنيفات الاقتصادية الدولية. بعد تناول الإطار المفاهيمي لهذه التصنيفات، تم التطرق إلى أهم هذه المنظمات الدولية ومؤشراتها، ثم التعرف على مركز الجزائر في هذه التصنيفات الدولية. فخلصت الورقة إلى أن الجزائر حققت نتائج متوسطة في بعض المؤشرات، لكن مازال جهد كبير ينتظرها لتحسين تصنيفها وبلوغ مراتب متقدمة تعكس الإمكانيات الكبيرة المادية والبشرية التي تحظى بها مقارنة ببعض الدول الناشئة وحتى النامية. Many international organizations have specialized in the classification of countries according to certain economic statistical indicators, and accordingly, comparisons are made between the countries of the world. These indicators are continuously developed and revised in view of developments in the global economic arena. This article tackles the problem: Algeria's location in these economic classifications International. After addressing the conceptual framework of these classifications, the most important international organizations and their indicators were examined, and then the status of Algeria in these international classifications. The paper concluded that Algeria had achieved moderate results in some indicators, but there is still a great effort to improve its classification and to achieve advanced levels that reflect the great material and human resources it enjoys compared to some emerging and even developing countries.
