الملخص
Limited political participation in unilateral era in the Algerian political system , on the one-party system , which was used to cover and justify the historical legitimacy , which was based upon the political system at the time, and that the role of the one-party system was only on the decision of the President and the result of the absence of formal opposition , and the lack of acceptance of pluralism by the system , and therefore it was a one-party of the factors that contributed to the complexity of the political , economic and social conditions , and even cultural , that amounted to a crisis unit in October 1988 .
