الملخص
This study aims to try to highlight the role and importance of small and medium enterprises, and their ability to contribute to employment and reduce unemployment that has become a real threat to security and social stability, and then point out ways to promote small and medium enterprises play Proper role which makes it unbeatable in their roles and abilities than in developed countries, have come through this study that unemployment is a global phenomenon experienced by many States, and Algeria must find mechanisms to activate their small and medium for raising employment levels and reducing Unemployment.
