الملخص
One of the current global challenges is protection of the environment. The global consequences for outstanding environmental problems indicate Algerian state must unite their efforts to protect the environmental. This study is devoted to some aspects of Algeria customs law related to environmental protection and pollution control, The primary objective of this study was to analyze specific examples of local customs law instruments that include relevant prohibitions and restrictions to address challenges.
