الملخص
The aim of this paper is to shed light on the phenomenon of corruption , in terms of a phenomenon rife in the world politically , administratively and economically , especially in developing countries , which has been out of colonialism , which was looted riches to fall prey to some of the children who tried to take on the capabilities of their countries and enforce their influence personal and Algeria among these countries are suffering from the phenomenon of corruption as well In order to explain the phenomenon of corruption and analysis away , deliberately researcher in this paper to recall notion of corruption and to address the types and impact of direct and indirect development and was dropping the case of Algerian society, politically, economically and administratively.
