Signal the subject of small and medium enterprises governance, the need for separation between the institution and the family, or mitigate interference, where a series of studies has shown the negative impact of family intervention in governance This study aims to clarify the impact of Family on the development of small and medium enterprises active in Algeria, by clarifying some of significant indicators.
