Impact Of Leadership Styles On Employees’ Job Performance In Public Enterprise

Résumé

This study aims to identify the impact of leadership styles on job performance, in high schools of Jijel’s province, which is considered as the most important function, that classify the human resource as primary resource. We use to follow the descriptive analytical method and put a questionnaire as tool for the study. The study population consist of (3452) employees, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample survey, reaching (345) individuals, and were retrieved (268) questionnaires, using (SPSS) to analyze data.
