Résumé

The World economy has experienced great change over the past twenty years, to the extent that intellectual capital has replaced physical assets as a valuable resource for acquiring the competitive advantage of contemporary businesses. In this new context knowledge management, is its creation, dissemination, protection and renewal, has become a strategic factor for the development of intellectual capital in the company. From this observation, the object of this work is to explain the concept of intellectual capital, including its role in the organization. As well as understand the process of knowledge management by highlighting the link between knowledge management and the development of intellectual capital. Key words:
