The Impact Of Organizational Culture On Knowledge Sharing –case Study

Abstract

The process of knowledge management and especially knowledge sharing is often related by the context, Organizational culture can be regarded as elements subjective and objective like artifacts, values, and assumptions how characterize all existing interactions within organizations. For this reason, this study comes to reveal the extent of the importance and evaluating the impact of organizational culture on knowledge sharing. The study found the presence of a strong positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing by correlation coefficient estimated as 82.9%.
