الملخص: يعالج البحث مرحلة من مراحل النضال السياسي لبلدان المغرب العربي ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية و ذلك بلجوء قادة الأحزاب الوطنية المغاربية إلى خلق اطر نضال جديدة انطلاقا من المشرق العربي و بالتحديد بالقاهرة مع تأسيس الجامعة العربية، كأول تجربة وحدوية تهدف إلى مغربة الكفاح التحرري بداية من عقد مؤتمر المغرب العربي في فيفري 1947 الذي توج بتأسيس مكتب المغرب العربي الذي ضم العديد من الشخصيات الوطنية و مع التحاق عبد الكريم الخطابي تعزز المكتب بتأسيس لجنة تحرير المغرب العربي في 5جانفي 1948.لكن اقتناع بعض الشخصيات الوطنية بالتوجه القطري ادى الى فشل هذه الاطر في تحقيق اهدافها. Résumé : Cet article étudie une importante phase historique de la lute politique des pays magrébins après la Seconde guerre mondiale contre le colonialisme français, durant laquelle les chefs des mouvements nationalistes maghrébins ont crée de nouveaux cadres de lutte à partir de l'Orient arabe, particulièrement du Caire, Comme première expérience unitaire qui tend à « magrébiser » de la lute de libération contre le colonialisme et cela au congréé du Maghreb arabe en février 1947 qui a abouti à la création du bureau du Maghreb arabe, qui comprenait plusieurs personnalités nationalistes. Cela abouti avec l’arrivé de Abdelkrim el khatabi au Caire, à la création du Comité de libération du Maghreb arabe en janvier 1948 . La divergence dans les méthodes de lute entre les nationalistes et Abdelkrim el khatabi a conduit cette tentative unitaire vers l'échec et ils n’ont pu attendre leurs objectifs. Abstract; This article studies an important historical phase of the struggle of the northern africain countries against the French colonization after the second world war. The Leaders of the national party have created other types of fight starting from the Arab Orient especially Cairo and the foundation of the Arab council. As a first unitarian experience that aims to unify the Maghreb struggle starting from the convention of february 1947 that lead to the creation of Arab Maghreb office that contains many national personalities. With the arrival of Abdelkrim Alkhetabi to Cairo he created Arab Maghreb liberation comitee in January 1948 .But divergency about the methods of struggle had lead to the failure of these methods of struggle.
