اضطراب الهوية الجنسية؛ في ضوء ديناميات المراهقة.

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: تمثل الهوية الجنسية سيرورة معقدة نتاج تفاعل بين مظاهر بيولوجية موضوعية وأخرى اجتماعية، ثقافية وذاتية، تُبنى من خلال السياق التقمصي طيلة مراحل النمو النفسي الجنسي، وتتحدد من طريقة حل عقدة أوديب، في ضوء مجموعة من الشروط: التفريق بين الجنسين، التخلي عن الثنائية الجنسية والتخلي عن الطابع الجنسي لمواضيع الحب الأولى، ونجاح هذه السيرورة هو ما يعطي الفرد الإحساس بجنسه وتحديد هويته الجنسية ذكرا كان أم أنثى. غير أن فشل هذه العمل النفسي يظهر من خلال اضطرابات على المستوى النفسي منها اضطراب الهوية الجنسية، أين يظهر تناقض لدى الفرد بين هويته بطابعها التشريحي وما يحس به، يترجم من خلال الرغبة في أن يكون من الجنس الآخر. في هذه الورقة البحثية سنقوم بمناقشة الهوية الجنسية في ضوء ديناميات المراهقة باعتبارها مرحلة بناء نهائي للهوية الجنسية، وفرصة أخرى أمام الفرد لكي يحل أزمة الأوديب بشكل عفوي، حيث خلصنا إلى أن اضطراب الهوية الجنسية يشير إلى فشل سيرورة المراهقة في ارصان هوية جنسية ملائمة وسوية. Résumé : Le trouble d’identité sexuelle à la lumière de dynamiques de l’adolescence. l'identité sexuelle représente un processus complexe d'interaction entre les aspects biologiques objectives, et d’autres sociales, culturelles et subjectifs, construite durant les étapes du développement psycho-sexuel, par des procédés identificatoires, et est déterminée par la résolution du complexe d'œdipe, conditionner à : la différence des sexes, la résolution de la bisexualité psychique et l’acceptation de la prohibition de l’inceste, et le succès de cet aménagement qui détermine une identité a l'individu comme un être sexué, homme ou femme. Cependant, l'échec de ce travail psychologique montre à travers des perturbations dans la réalité psychique, y compris le trouble de l'identité sexuelle, où une contradiction entre l'identité du caractère anatomique et ce qui est ressenti, se ci se traduit par un désir d’appartenir au sexe oppose. Dans cet article, nous allons parler sur l’identité sexuelle a la lumière de dynamiques de l’adolescence, cette dernière est considérée comme une étape de construction finale de l’identité, et une occasion devant l’individu pour une résolution spontanée de complexe d’œdipe, où nous avons conclu que le trouble de l'identité sexuelle se réfère au processus de l'adolescence a échoué dans le travail d’élaborer une identité sexuelle approprier. Abstract: The sexual identity disorder in the light of the dynamics of adolescence Sexual identity represents the product of a complex process of interaction between the biological aspects, and another social, cultural and subjective, adopted by identification context through stages of psycho-sexual development, and is determined by the way the Œdipe complex solution, in light of the range of conditions : the distinction between Differentiate of sexes, to abandon the bisexuality, abandon the sexual nature of the first topics of love, and the success of this process is what gives the individual a sense of same type of wealth and determine sexual identity, male or female.
