يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل مختلف العراقيل التي يواجهها المقاولون في ولاية البويرة مع التركيز على مناخ الأعمال. التدابير المتخذة في الجزائر من أجل تشجيع الاستثمار نجحت في استقطاب العديد من المقاولين لكن هذا لا يمنع أن المقاولاتية في الجزائر تعاني من صعوبات على عدة مستويات وفي مختلف القطاعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: القاولاتية، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، الإنشاء، العراقيل، الاستمرارية. RESUME : Cet article analyse les différentes contraintes rencontrées par les entrepreneurs dans la wilaya de Bouira en mettant l’accent sur l’environnement des affaires. Les mesures entreprises en Algérie on réussi à stimuler un nombre important de créateurs d’entreprises. Toutefois, l’entrepreneuriat en Algérie connait des difficultés à plusieurs niveaux et dans différents secteurs. Mots clés : Entrepreneuriat, Création, PME, Pérennité, Obstacles. ABSTRACT : This article analyzes the various obstacles faced by entrepreneurs in the wilaya of Bouira. It focuses on the business environment. Measures undertaken in Algeria have succeded in stimulating entrepreneurs. However, entrepreneurship in Algeria is experiencing difficulties at several levels and different sectors.
