إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادية في الجزائر في ظل الصدمة البترولية

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال الموسوم ب: " إستراتيجية التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر في ظل الصدمة البترولية" إلى تبيان أهمية التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر خاصة في ظل الصدمة البترولية التي تعيشها الدول النفطية و التي أثّرت سلبا على الميزانيات المالية لتلك الدول،إضافة إلى كون الثروة البترولية هي من الثروات الناضبة، لذا يجب على الجزائر، البحث عن مصادر إقتصادية بديلة عن اقتصاد البترول لتمويل الخزينة العمومية وتساهم في تنويع الإيرادات العامة. لقد سعت الجزائر لإتباع إستراتيجية التنويع الإقتصادي من خلال الإستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كإستثمارات دائمة و مستدامة، و كذا العمل على إنشاء مناطق صناعية حرة لتشجيع الإستثمار وجلب رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية، إضافة إلى إهتمامها بالإستثمار في القطاع السياحي كمصدر تمويل للخزينة العمومية. الكلمات الدالة: الإستراتيجية، التنويع الاقتصادي، الصدمة البترولية، الطاقات المتجددة، القطاع السياحي. Economic diversification strategy in Algeria's in light of the oil shock Abstract; This article entitled : " The economic diversification strategy in Algeria's in light of the oil shock " aims to demonstrate the importance of economic diversification in Algeria, especially in the light of the oil shock experienced by the oil-producing countries, which negatively affected the financial budgets of those states, adding to this the oil wealth is classified as a wealth depleted, so Algeria has to find the economic sources in order to funding the public treasury which is alternative for petroleum economy, as it contributes to the diversification of public revenues. Algeria has sought to pursue economic diversification strategy by investing in renewable energies as permanent and sustainable investments, and as well as working on the establishment of free industrial areas to encourage investment and to attract foreign capital, in addition to its interest in investing in the tourism sector as a source of financing the public treasury.
