الملخص

احتل موضوع الحوكمة خلال السنوات الأخيرة مكان الصدارة لدى الإدارات الاقتصادية في الدول المختلفة نتيجة للأزمة المالية التي عصفت بكبريات الشركات، وأدت إلى اهتزاز الثقة في مدى سلامة الإدارة لدى هذه الشركات ومدى صحة نتائجها المالية المعلنة وما لذلك من تداعيات سلبية مختلفة، لذا فإن تطبيق مفهوم الحوكمة سيؤدي إلى تحسين إدارة الشركة ومن ثم أدائها وقدرتها على تجاوز الأزمات المالية والتشغيلية، حيث تكمن أهمية الحوكمة في حماية حقوق المساهمين وأصحاب المصالح والحد من المخاطر وجذب المستثمرين وتوطيد دعائم الاقتصاد، والذي يحقق لها الريادية والاستمرارية من خلال دعم برامج التجديد والابتكار والحصول على مقاولين جدد يدعمون مركزها المالي. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوكمة الشركات، الريادية في المنظمة، الريادي.
