استعراض واقع وقدرات قطاع الفلاحة بولاية عين الدفلى

الملخص
تعتبر ولاية عين الدفلى منطقة فلاحية بامتياز ، كما تساهم في تنشيط الحركة الاقتصادية والتجارية على المستويين المحلي والوطني، مما جعلها تستفيد من قسط وفير من عقود النجاعة التي تم إبرامها مع وزارة الفلاحة، إلا أن الولاية لاتزال تفتقر الى نسيج صناعي مكتمل رغم امتلاكها لعدة موارد مختلفة وهذا مما يستلزم مرافقة عملية وفعلية من قبل كل السلطات المعنية. و في هذا الاطار تجدر الاشارة الى ضرورة توجيه الاستثمار المحلي نحو الصناعة التحويلية وذلك بإنشاء مناطق صناعية أخرى عبر تراب الولاية على غرار تلك المتواجدة عبر بلدية عين الدفلى والتي تشمل بعض الشركات الصناعية و الانتاجية. كما تعتبر الفلاحة بولاية الفرع الاقتصادي الرئيسي بدون منازع الموفر للثروة و ذلك نظرا لتوفر الولاية على ثلاثة مناطق طبيعية تتمثل في السهل بالوسط و مرتفعات جبال الظهرة و الونشريس التي تضمن تحقيق إنتاج فلاحي متنوع. Abstract: The state of Ain Defla farming region par excellence, also contribute to the revitalization of the economic and commercial traffic on the local and national levels, making them benefit from an abundant share of the efficiency that has been signed with the Ministry of Agriculture decades, but the state still lacks texture in-dustrial incomplete despite owning several different resources and this necessitating accompany the process and effectively by all relevant au-thorities. In this context, it should be noted the need for domestic investment directed towards the manufacturing industry with the es-tablishment of other industrial zones across the soil of the state along the lines of those stationed across the municipality of Ain Defla, which include some of the industrial companies and productivity. Agriculture state's main economic branch regarded as the undisputed provider of wealth and due to the availability of state three natural areas is the easy in rural and Dahra mountains and highlands ouarsenis that ensure the achievement of the production of peasants medley. The actions taken in the context of an application to renew the agricultural policy and the economy sent efficacy decades enabled the state to achieve considerable growth rates.
