مدى قدرة المعلمين على استكشاف صعوبات التعلم لدى تلاميذهم في الأنشطة اللغوية

الملخص
الملخص: هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الفروق بين المعلمين من حيث الجنس وكذا الخبرة في قدرتهم على استكشاف صعوبات التعلم لدى تلاميذهم في الأنشطة اللغوية المتعلقة بالقراءة والكتابة وكذا التعبير بنوعيه الشفوي والكتابي خلال مرحلة الطور الأول من التعليم الابتدائي. وقد إعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طبق على عينة عشوائية منتظمة حجمها 80 معلم (ة) ، من المجتمع الكلي من 250 معلم(ة) للطور الأول الابتدائي في كل من منطقة بابا حسان، الدرارية، الدويرة، بئر خادم التي تقع كلها غرب الجزائر العاصمة، و منطقة بن فارس و حي عمور وسط مدينة البليدة.وكانت أداة البحث عبارة عن إستبيان قسم إلى محورين محور أول يتضمن بيانات حول مدى معرفة معلمي الطور الأول من التعليم الابتدائي لصعوبات التعلم التي تظهر لدى تلاميذهم في الأنشطة اللغوية، و مدى قدرتهم على استكشافها.ومحور ثان يحتوي على بيانات تمثل العلاقات إن كانت موجودة بين المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين ودورها في اكتسابهم خبرة في هذا المجال. خلص البحث إلى النتائج التالية: ـ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين معلمي الطور الأول الابتدائي في استكشاف صعوبات تعلم اللغة لدى تلاميذهم حسب متغير الجنس. ـ لا توجد فروق بين معلمي الطور الأول الابتدائي في استكشاف صعوبات تعلم اللغة لدى تلاميذهم حسب متغير الخبرة في التكوين. وبالتالي توصل البحث إلى عدم قدرة المعلمين على استكشاف صعوبات التعلم لدى تلاميذهم في الأنشطة اللغوية خلال المرحلة الابتدائية. Abstract: The objective of this research is to find the differences between teachers in terms of gender and experience in their ability to explore their students with learning difficulties in language activities related to reading, as well as expression of both oral and written during the first phase of primary schools. This research is based on a descriptive and analytical approach, a simple random sample composed of 80 teacher (s), the research included 250 community teacher (s) for the first stage of primary schools. each of Baba Hassan, Draria, Birkhadem all located west of Algiers, and the Ben fares zone and hai amour all located in Blida, search tool is a section of a questionnaire to the two axes The first area includes data on the extent of knowledge of teachers of primary education for the learning difficulties that appear when their language students Phase activities of teachers, second contains representing the relationship that existed between teachers and supervisors and their role in the acquisition of expertise in this field The research revealed the following results There are no significant differences between the primary teachers of the first phase of exploration learning difficulties of the language among their students by gender variable it is no significant differences between the primary teachers of the first phase of exploration learning difficulties of the language of their students experience variable So we arrived in the fourth of the lack of the ability of teachers to explore their students with learning difficulties in language activities during the primary phase.
