أثار تقلبات أسعار النفط على المؤشرات الكلية للاقتصاد الجزائري

الملخص
تعتبر أسواق النفط العالمية من أكثر الأسواق تقلبا وتغيرا وذلك لارتباطها بالعديد من العوامل التي يصعب التنبؤ بها ، الأمر الذي جعل اقتصاديات الدول المعتمدة عليه غير مستقر وعمليات التنمية فها مرهونة بحركة أسعار البترول وعوائده ،ومن خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها تعتبر أسعار النفط من أهم المحددات الرئيسية لوضعية الاقتصاد للدول المصدرة مما يجعله عرضة للصدمات الخارجية التي تؤثر على استمرارية التنمية الأمر الذي يتطلب اتخاذ إجراءات وتدابير لمواجهة انهيار أسعار النفط على المدى القصير وعلى المدى الطويل. Abstract : The global oil markets are the most volatile markets, because it's depend on many factors that's are difficult to predict, which made the economies of the countries dependent upon unstable and development processes depend on the movement of oil prices and revenues, through our study we highlight the importance of the relationship of Oil productions quantity and their prices on the markets and also the Fluctuations in their prices, which makes it vulnerable to external shocks that affect the continuity of development which requires actions and measures to address the collapse of oil prices in the short term and the long term. This paper aims to show the importance of the search for new alternatives to diversify the economy through the employment of oil revenues and strengthen the elements of economic development and the creation of a stable economic environment and an appropriate climate for doing business.
