تشكل التجربة الصينية نموذجا حيا للقوى الاقتصادية الصاعدة في العالم. حيث تمكنت من تحقيق وثبة اقتصادية جعلت الكثيرين يصفها بالمعجزة. موضوع هذه الورقة هو محاولة اجابة على السؤال كيف حققت الصين ذلك. نحاول فهم تطور الاقتصاد الصيني على ضوء السياسات الاقتصادية المتبناة بالأخص منذ نهاية السبعينات و تكوين نظرة شاملة و ديناميكية حول اهم المحطات التي مر بها الاقتصاد الصيني و الأسس الاقتصادية التي بني عليها. Abstract: How China could emerge? This is the question to it we will try to answer. The purpose of the paper is to understand the development of the Chinese economy. It traces its impressive progress to transform its economy during the years of reform. It examines the process of economic accumulation in China and captures the strengths and limitations of the development of the Chinese economy.
