الملخص
التأهيل يعتبر أحد الخيارات الإستراتيجية لتحقيق الأداء المتميز للقطاع الصناعي الجزائري لجعله أكثر قدرة على التكيف ومواجهة المحيط الخارجي. إلا أنه على الرغم من تبني الدولة لعدة برامج لتأهيل المؤسسات الصناعية، غير أن النتائج المتحصل عليها تبرز أن عملية التأهيل لم تحقق النتائج المرجوة منها سواء إذا قورنت بالأهداف المسطرة أوإذا قورنت بدول مجاورة مثل تونس. حيث أن الواقع يوضح أن القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر لا يزال قطاعا هشا يعاني العديد من المشاكل التي تحد من تطوره وأنه غير مؤهل بعد لمواجهة المنافسة الدولية. وعليه فإن هذا المقال جاء لإلقاء نظرة على مدى فعالية البرامج المطبقة للتأهيل الصناعي للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر الكلمات المفتاحية : برامج الـتأهيل، القطاع الصناعي، المؤسسات الصناعية، عملية الـتأهيل . Summary: Réhabilitation isconsidered one of the strategic options for achiev-ing outstanding performance of the industrial sector of the Algerian better able to adapt and copewith the outer perimeter to makeit. How-ever, despite the adoption of the state for a number of programs for the rehabilitation of industrial enterprises, but the results obtained show that the rehabilitation process has not achieved the desiredresults, both when compared to the ruleror the objectives when compared to neigh boring countries such as Tunisia. As the reality shows that the industrial sector in Algeria isstill fragile sector suffers from many problems that limitits development and itis not yeteligible to face international competition. Accordingly, this article came to look at the extent of the pro-grams applied for industrial rehabilitation of small and medium enter-prises in Algeria effectiveness Key words: rehabilitation programs, the industrial sector, in-dustrial enterprises, the rehabilitation process.
